Yesteryear
Life on the farm at my young age was one continuing adventure. There was always something new to see and hear about. Up at daylight, I followed Ed, my uncle, through most of the day. His was the strenuous day of the farmer: hard work from sunup to dark, in bed by 9 and up again before sunrise.
