Crews battle Lititz Borough house fire Thursday morning

Emergency crews responded to a house fire on the first block of West Orange Street in Lititz Borough Thursday morning.

Firefighters and EMS arrived at 18 West Orange St. in Lititz Borough just after 6 a.m. for a reported house fire. A dispatcher with Lancaster County Wide Communications said the teams got the fire under control by 6:40 and there were no reported injuries.

The dispatcher said the first block of West Orange Street is closed as crews finish their work on scene. The dispatcher did not have any information on what caused the fire.
