Lancaster Catholic grad Kiki Jefferson was waived by the Minnesota Lynx, the team announced Thursday.
Jefferson, a guard, was selected by Minnesota in the third round, 31st overall, in last month’s WNBA draft.
In two preseason games, she totaled six points, one rebound, one assist and two steals.
She averaged a team-best 12.3 points per game for Louisville this winter and finished her college career, which included four seasons at James Madison, with 2,257 points.
