Easter is just around the corner, and Lancaster County churches, clubs, community organizations and businesses are planning their egg hunts and events.

EGG HUNTS

EPHRATA

• Annual Easter Egg Hunt at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Bergstrasse Lutheran Church, 9 Hahnstown Road, Ephrata. Lunch will be served at 11:45 a.m. Children will hunt for eggs immediately after. Free and open to the public. Rain or shine.

• Third annual Community Easter Egg Hunt at 5:30 p.m. Friday, March 29, at the Ephrata American Legion Auxiliary Post 429, 300 Cocalico St., Ephrata. For ages 12 and up. Event will have food and drinks before egg hunt. Cost by donation.

LANCASTER

• Second annual Egg Hunt for Pups from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Lancaster Center for Animal Life-Saving, 2195 Lincoln Highway East, Lancaster. Thirty-minute time slots will be scheduled in groups of 10 dogs according to size. Cost is $10 per dog. Registration is required online. • Community Easter Egg Hunt at 10 a.m. Saturday at Conlin Field at Culliton Park, 200 S. Water St., Lancaster. For ages 1-10; bring your own baskets. Event features food, fun and prizes.

• Third annual Community Easter Egg Hunt at 10 a.m. Saturday at Wheatland Middle School, 919 Hamilton Park Drive, Lancaster, field hockey field. Rain date is 2 p.m. Sunday. Bring your own basket or one will be provided.

• Community Easter Egg Hunt from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday March 30, at Sixth Ward Park, corner of Ross and Hamilton streets, Lancaster. Free family fun. Age categories: 0-5; 6-9 and 10-12.

• Easter Egg Hunt & Job Fair from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, March 30, at Lancaster Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 900 E. King St., Lancaster. Children 0-13 welcome to participate. Bring resumes and license (if applicable).

MANHEIM TOWNSHIP

• Community Egg Hunt from 1-3 p.m. Saturday at the Manheim Township Athletic Complex, 2883 Weaver Road, Manheim Township. Four egg hunt categories: ages 2 and under, 3-4, 5-6, and 7-8. Bring your own baskets. Event to feature crafts, free popcorn, photos ops, games, music and prizes. This free family event is open to the public.

• Easter Quest: More Than the Usual Egg Hunt from 9-10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 30, at Lancaster Church of the Brethren, 1601 Sunset Ave., Manheim Township. Instead of hunting for plastic eggs, there will be 18 egg stations to lead participants through an interactive event with an activity at each stop. Participants receive an egg list to check off the matching eggs they have located. Families can move at their own pace. All items must be checked off for reward. TERRE HILL

• Annual Easter Egg Hunt and Flashlight Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 30, at Terre Hill Park, 210 Lancaster Ave., Terre Hill. The Easter Egg Hunt for children ages 1-10 will be at 1 p.m. and features thousands of candy- and money-filled eggs. Each age group’s egg hunt has a short break period between hunts. The Flashlight Egg Hunt for ages 11 and up will be held at 8 p.m., with snacks and registration at 7 p.m. Online purchase: $25. Day of the event: $30. Rain or shine. WEST COCALICO TOWNSHIP

• Annual Easter Egg Hunt from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 30, at Swamp Evangelical Lutheran Church, 275 Swamp Church Road, West Cocalico Township. The egg hunt is only for children from pre-K through fifth grade. Other activities include snacks, crafts and games. For additional information, call 717-336-2849.

WEST LAMPETER TOWNSHIP

• Annual Easter Egg Hunt at 1 p.m. Saturday at Lampeter United Methodist Church, 1101 Village Road, West Lampeter Township. Children ages 1-12 are welcome. Bring own baskets. Events to feature refreshments, crafts, story time and prizes. Rain or shine. Information: lampeterumc.com.

OTHER EVENTS

• Pancake Breakfast with the Easter Bunny from 8 to 10 a.m. Saturday at St. John’s Episcopal Church, 239 E. Market St., Marietta. Cost is $4 for adults; $2 for children ages 5-12; and free for 4 and younger. Take a picture with the Easter Bunny. Free candy for all children 12 and younger. • Breakfast with the Easter Bunny with seating times from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday and Sunday and, March 29 and 30, at Country Barn, 211 S. Donerville Road, Manor Township. Features buffet breakfast with the Easter Bunny, photo opportunities, hourly egg hunts and train rides. Info and tickets: countrybarnmarket.com.

• Pet photos with the Easter Bunny from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at That Fish Place – That Pet Place, 237 Centerville Road, East Hempfield Township. Prints start at $10. All proceeds benefit the Centerville Pet Rescue.

• Easter Bunny Hop Express and Easter Celebration at the Star Barn at Stone Gables Estates, 1 Hollinger Lane, West Donegal Township. The Easter Bunny Hop Express departs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday as well as March 29 and 30, and features riding on a replica of an 1868 steam locomotive with surprise Easter visitors. Cost is $15 for ages 3 and up; children 2 and under are free if sitting on a parent’s lap. The Easter Celebration is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, with egg hunts, a musical, food trucks and crafts. Cost is between $30-$50 (or free with purchase of Easter Bunny Hop Express ticket).
