Amos D. Hoover, age 95, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 18, 2024. He was born in White Horse, Gap, PA, son of the late Jacob R. and Anna E. Martin Hoover. He is survived by his wonderful wife Wanda Flores Hoover, Brother Raymond M. Hoover and 8 children: Virginia Hoover, Phyliss, wife of Barry Clark, Dwight Hoover, Nathanael, husband of Cathy Sager Hoover, Ernest, husband of Jona Bandyopadhyay, John, husband of Kathy Martin Hoover, Marsha, wife of Jamie Feathers and Joel Hoover, 23 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. He loved his Lord and his family.
A private graveside service will take place at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to County Corrections Gospel Mission, PO Box 1136, Coatesville, PA 19320.
