Lykens Valley Auctioneers, of Lykins, held a public sale of real estate June 29 for the Roger Holtzman estate at 279 Hoover Road, Elizabethville. Two parcels totaling 115 acres containing two houses, bank barn, pole barn and poultry house sold for $1,552,500 to Chester Stoltzfus.

Kline, Kreider & Good Auctioneers, of Bowmansville, held a public sale of real estate July 12 for Daniel K. and Mary Ann Esh at 3761 Ridge Road, Gordonville. A shop/garage/barn on 1 acre sold for $920,000 to Abram and Barbie Ann Allgyer, of Gordonville.

Kline, Kreider & Good Auctioneers, of Bowmansville, held a public sale of real estate July 15 for Carl M. and Sharon K. Shirk at 2363 Stumptown Road, Lancaster. A five-bedroom house with bank barn/pole building on 2.9 acres sold for $1,200,000 to Samuel and Melanie Eby.

Kline, Kreider & Good Auctioneers, of Bowmansville, held a public sale of real estate July 16 for Ivan J. King at 2552 S. Cherry Lane, Ronks. A Cape Cod house with attached two-car garage and carport on 0.4 acres sold for $510,000 to Lee and Ava Simmons, of Lancaster.
