Louise A. Hock, 82, of Ephrata, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, July 25, 2024. Born in Lightstreet, PA, she was the daughter of Carl and Freda Crawford Karshner. She was the wife of Roland L. "Ron" Hock and celebrated 60 years of marriage in June. Louise attended Groffdale (Brick) Mennonite Church and was a member of the Sewing Circle.
In addition to her husband, surviving are: 4 children, Donna Hock Burns, Andrea (Jeremy) Hurst, Joseph Hock, Michael (Michelle) Hock; 9 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; a sister, Ilene Larrow; a brother, Lynn Karshner. She was preceded in death by a brother, Neil Karshner.
Funeral services will be at Groffdale (Brick) Mennonite Church, 168 N. Groffdale Rd., Leola, on Saturday, Aug. 3, 2024 at 11 a.m. with interment following in the adjoining cemetery. The family will greet friends from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church on Saturday. Furman's Leola
